At NeoPause, all of our products are 100% digital. We do not sell physical items, which means there are no shipping fees, no transit times, and no lost packages!

1. How You Will Receive Your Purchase
Upon completing your purchase at checkout, your digital product or course access will be delivered instantly:  

For Digital Downloads (PDFs, templates, etc.): You will receive an email containing a secure link to download your files. You may also see a download link immediately on the checkout confirmation page.  

For Online Courses: You will receive a welcome email containing your login credentials and a link to access the course platform.

2. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant. Our automated system dispatches your access emails within 5 to 10 minutes of a successful payment.

3. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
If you have purchased a product but haven't received your access email within 15 minutes, please try the following:

Check your Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes, automated delivery emails get filtered here by your email provider.

Check your Promotions tab: If you use Gmail, our email may have landed in the Promotions or Updates tab.

Verify your email address: It’s common for typos to happen during checkout. If you suspect you entered the wrong email address, please contact us.

4. Need Help?
If you’ve checked the steps above and still cannot access your purchase, we are here to help! Please contact our support team, and we will manually resend your access links or login details.
